How many kits should I order? On average, 10 volunteers can build about 400 kits per hour.

What if our team doesn't have 10 volunteers? Or an hour to spend? We would encourage you to consider purchasing the notecards and markers, so you can write notes of encouragement!

When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. This does not include transit time.

What shipping services are used to ship Kits for Classrooms? We use small package service (i.e. UPS or FedEx) for orders that are about 30 boxes or less. Larger orders are shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier on pallets wrapped in plastic wrap.
- How will I know my order shipped? You will receive an email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on the order while in transit as there may be unexpected delays.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you may return the products within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to BLUSOURCE, and if free shipping was included in the original shipment, then that cost will be deducted from the refund amount plus a 15% restocking fee.
Seasonal Closings
- New Year's Day - January 1
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on the third Monday in January
- Memorial Day on the last Monday in May
- Independence Day - July 4
- Labor Day on the first Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day on the fourth Thursday of November
- Friday after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day - December 25
- Christmas Break - the weekdays between Christmas and New Year's Day
Sales Tax
All orders are processed with sales tax. If your organization is sales tax exempt, you must contact BLUSOURCE before placing the order.
Additional steps for sales tax exemption are required.
NO REFUNDS will be provided for sales tax.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. The following situations may result in only a partial refund: any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts after it leaves our warehouse.

Order Fulfillment Process
Order processing is generally 2-4 business days of the order date (not including Fridays). This doesn't include transit time. Please plan for extended transit times between 12/23 - 1/3.
We recommend placing your order at least three weeks in advance of your event date.
